    • Poly’s can seat up to 50 people, with an occupancy max. of 80 people.

    • $75 / hour (3 hr. minimum). Available after-hours only. 

    • $50 cleaning fee (see option to waive fee below).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do I need to bring tables to set our food and drink on?

    Probably not! Most hosts find that our long counter that runs along the storefront window, as as well as our self serve counter, are adequate space for all of their food and drink.

  • Is there a convenient place to plug in a crockpot?

    Yes! Just below the long counter that hosts find useful for all of their food.

  • How many tables do you have?

    5 tables that seat 4–6 people

    4 booths

    3 small table that seat 2 people

  • If I purchase food from Poly’s, do I need to provide platters and serving utensils to put the pre-purchased food on? And do I need to cut up the baked goods and arrange them onto the platter?

    We would recommend that you bring in your own platters and serving utensils, but if that is a problem, let us know and we will see how we can help. Also, if you would like us to cut up your baked goods ahead of time, just let us know. However, we find that hosts often prefer to do that themselves so they can get the size they want and arrange them the way they like on their platters.

  • Can we serve alcohol?

    Yes!

  • Can we rearrange the furniture?

    Yes, as long as you take a picture beforehand so that you can put it back the way you found it.

  • Do you have additional parking?

    In addition to our parking lot, there is parking along the west side of 17th St. and along the south side of Poly Dr. Additionally, if the host family moves their cars into the drive-through lane before your event starts, you can free up several parking spaces in our parking lot for your guests.
